All registration fees are in Euros. 18% VAT is applicable to all delegates, regardless of their country of origin. Registrations will only be processed with full pre-payment.

Payment can be made by money transfer. Please sent the bank receipt to us by e mail to yasemin@rotayayin.com.tr to complete the registration.

Personal participation cancellation is possible only in written notification before 10 January 2012. Administrative costs of 50 EUR will be charged, the refund money will be transferred after the Festival. After this deadline no refunding is possible.
The payer will be informed right after the payment is due. The subscription to IICAC will be conclusive after depositing the fee into the bank account.
