Pawel Heinze, Executive Creative Director, Leo Burnett Warsaw, Poland

Pawel Heinze joined his dream agency – Leo Burnett – six years ago as a writer. During the first two years, he worked for all major agency clients such as Ikea, Fiat and P&G. Later, he assumed the position of ‘creative head’ responsible for Orange and elevating its creative and execution quality to the brand’s global standard. Author of several campaigns held to be best practice examples of comms from the iconic brand.
Creative director in the last three years – a time throughout which Leo Burnett has won and defended the title of Poland’s Agency of the Year.
Earlier in his career, Pawel worked in McCann and Lowe where he helped build in Poland some of the world’s greatest brands including Heineken, Mercedes-Benz, Motorola, Kodak, UPS, Nestle, Unilever and Braun.
His work has won awards and nominations at local and international festivals that include Golden Drum, Epica, Cannes Lions and Eurobest.  
Pawel holds a degree in philology and film theory. He believes being human is the coolest thing on Earth and sees people as the source and ultimate aim of absolutely everything in advertising and life in general.
