JWT Italy wins the ADCE GRAND PRIX 2010

Founded in 1990, the Art Directors Club of Europe celebrated its 20th anniversary with the 2010 edition of the ADC*E Awards – “Best of European Design and Advertising” that took place in Barcelona. A jury composed by top leading 54 jurors from all over Europe and chaired by Luis Bassat, Honorary President of Bassat Ogilvy Group Spain, voted to select the best of European advertising and design.
The 2010 Grand Prix winner went to Italian’s J. Walter Thompson for “Are you still with us?” for Heineken, in the category of Mixed Media Campaigns.

The 819 entries from 18 countries - solely awarded works of national art directors clubs are accepted - competed for Grand Prix and Gold Awards. That is, why ADC*Europe is regarded by many as the creative “Premier League” and one of the most prestigious international contests.

The ADC*E Awards were divided into 22 categories which included TV and Cinema Commercials, TV Graphics, Press, Magazines, Promotions & Mailings, Poster Advertising, Interactive Media, New Use of Media, Graphic Design, Illustration & Photography, Packaging, Editorial and Environmental Design.

A STEP TO THE TOP

This year, for the forth time, all winners from ADC*E Awards will be entered into the Intercontinental competition, THE CUP, created by a global partnership between ADC*E,  Asian Pacific AdFest, Ibero American FIAP and Golden Drum. THE CUP will judge only winning work from the four regional competitions, awarding recognition to the best.
